About Us
The restaurant Kovarna is housed within the original architecture of the smithy’s fordge, which can be located on the right hand side from the main gates of the castle Strekov. The restaurant can accommodate up to 45 people of which 5 can be seated in a unique secluded area of the restaurant built within the foundations of the castle’s rock face. Our great selection of wines from Czech, Moravia and France compliments variety of specialist dishes, which include a selection from poultry, fish and game. The restaurant caters for special occasions, weddings, celebrations, meetings, buffets, seminars and training events.
